On November 1st, 2005 we will release our first cookbook “RECIPES OF THE BEST BEACH RESTAURANTS”

This is more than just another cook book. This is a resource for you to discover the Best Restaurants on the Beaches of Tampa Bay (Pinellas County).

There is a 25 mile strip of highway running from Pass-A Grille (Mile Marker 0) north to Clearwater Beach (Mile Marker 25). Along this corridor are some of the finest beaches in the world. You will also find a few hundred restaurants. Some face the Gulf of Mexico, some face the Intracoastal Waterway, some face the highway.

We have selected only 40 of these restaurants for this book. The restaurants in this cook book share one thing. They have been recognized as being among the BEST RESTAURANTS on the beach.

Who says? Zagat, AAA, Florida Trend Magazine, The St Petersburg Times, The Wine Spectator Magazine, just to name a few. These are “objective” sources who review and sometimes rank restaurants based on their quality of food and service.

The recipes in this book have been submitted by the owners and chefs of these fine restaurants. They represent some of the finest dishes available in their establishments. You can order them the next time you are in the area...or you can make them at home.

We hope that while you are in Tampa Bay, you will visit as many of these restaurants as your time allows...and try some of these recipes on your family and friends at home.
