On June 1st, BOB GRIFFIN, owner of Griffin Productions, and publisher of the BEACH DIRECTORY, released the second issue of the magazine called “RESTAURANTS of the Florida Gulf Beaches”.

The magazine has survived the first issue of 32 pages. The new issue is larger with 40 pages of information and over 60 restaurants. Inside you will find Crabby Bills, Salt Rock Grill, The Pub Waterfront Restaurant, Shells Seafood and many others.

The magazine features mostly restaurants that are on or near the beaches in Pinellas County and is a quarterly publication because restaurants are always needing to update their information and prices.

This issue will focus on the area between Clearwater Beach and Redington Beach. Future issues, will eventually include 100% of the beaches from Clearwater Beach to Pass A Grille.

The magazine is distributed to 100% of the accommodations along the beaches, most area restaurants, inside most Eckerd Drug Stores and 7-11 stores, and door to door in certain neighborhoods, such as Indian Rocks Beach.

“In my travels over the last 2-3 years I have been studying what they do in other cities,” says GRIFFIN, owner of the Beach and Keys Directory. “St Augustine and Key West have great books like this. I have blended the best ideas in other books to create one for Pinellas diners.”

GRIFFIN has owned and developed the BEACH DIRECTORY, a local guide of things to do and where to eat, for over 6 years. A small company starting in Indian Rocks Beach, it has grown to 26 other cities from Ft Walton Beach to Key West.

GRIFFIN, with his wife Becky, also operate a state wide tourism web site, www.SeeFloridaOnline.com. On this site, visitors can get information on motels, restaurants, major and minor attractions, and much more.

The RESTAURANT MAGAZINE is free and is available at most motels, restaurants, 7-11’s and Eckerd Stores in the north beaches area.
